[Proposal Example] Low-Cost High Electromagnetic Shielding Base Connector
The aim is to reduce costs, improve productivity, and enhance quality/performance! It also supports 5G communication and V2X communication.
We would like to introduce a case study proposed by our company regarding the realization of low-cost, high electromagnetic wave shielding connectors. The issues identified include insufficient electromagnetic wave shielding properties of resin and press connectors, while metal connectors are high-cost due to machining processes. Achieving both electromagnetic wave shielding for connectors and low cost has been a challenge. As a new technology and method, we proposed utilizing the high electromagnetic wave shielding performance of zinc alloys and precision die-casting for single-shot molding, which would reduce costs by 30% and improve productivity by 30%.
